The Migration Process:

  1. We send you an email to confirm your license details.
  2. Your reply will initiate the migration process.
  3. We cancel your active subscriptions in the old classic FastSpring store.
  4. We create a free order and send the link to you.
  5. You follow the link to complete the order and licenses will be delivered to you.
  6. We update the next renewal date of the new subscription to align with the actual date.
