This beta version includes a few bug fixes and improvements:

Bug fixes

  • Fix: DocInspector don’t sync with active editor when docked
  • Fix: Task error in DocInspector on cursor hover over local declarations
  • Fix: Task error when document inactive source files in DocExplorer

Improvements

  • Group extensions and automatically select for installed Delphi IDEs
  • Install only the selected extensions for Delphi

The install is much better ! only installed delphi versions.
is it possible to do an automatic uninstall ?
bpls from the previous install were still in my directory.
then I decided to manually uninstall. It installed everything (also the .bpls that this installer dit not install)
next installation went fine

I got it. The latest installer asks whether to uninstall previous Documentation Insight V3 but it doesn’t do so for installed DocInsight 2024 version. I’ll think about it.

OK! That makes sense. I have added it to the tracking issue.

The installer now asks user whether to uninstall the previous version. (Auto uninstall without confirmation before the install seems a bit strange)
